Privacy notice
Last updated: 23 October 2026
This notice explains how SixStorey Digital Limited (“we”, “us”), trading as SixStorey Digital, uses personal information. We are the data controller. Contact us at [email protected] or write to 10 Victoria Road South, Southsea, England, PO5 2DA.
What we collect
- Details you send us: your name, business name, email, phone number and the information you want on your website.
- Payment details, which are handled by Stripe. We see that a payment was made, but not your full card number.
- Basic technical information our hosting provider records when you visit, such as IP address and browser type, for security.
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To build your preview, deliver the work and support you afterwards: to take steps at your request before a contract, and to perform the contract.
- To take payment, keep accounts and meet tax rules: legal obligation.
- To contact businesses about our services: legitimate interests, following the rules on business marketing. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), our email provider and, if you buy an automation, the tools it uses (for example Twilio for text messages). Some of these process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Client and payment records are kept for 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email us and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
