Questions people ask
Do you need my passwords?
No. We never ask for, receive or store your passwords. Where your domain is held, you invite us with limited access (most providers have a ‘delegate’ or ‘domain manager’ option), or we do a short screen-share while you click. You remove our access whenever you like.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. Your domain stays in your name with your provider, and the site is hosted in a free Cloudflare account in your name. If we ever stop working together, everything stays with you.
Will my email keep working?
Yes. We only change the records that point your domain at the website. We leave your email settings alone, save a copy of your settings before we start, and test that email still goes in and out the same day.
What if I don't like the preview?
Then you don't pay. Tell us what's not right and we'll do a round of changes. If it's still not for you, we delete the preview and that's that.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not for the website. Hosting is on Cloudflare's free plan. The care plan and some automations have a monthly fee, but they're optional.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?
Usually, yes, if it's a simple Wix or Squarespace site. If you have a WordPress site, an online shop or a booking system, we'll tell you honestly whether a one-page site is the right swap.
How do I pay?
By card through a secure Stripe payment link, once you've approved your preview. Nothing goes live until you've paid, and nothing is charged before you say yes.
